Educational Qualification: i.Scholar in philosophy with a doctoral degree or equivalent research work or published work of high quality and active engagement in research. ii. 10 years experience in teaching or 10 years experience of research Administration.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree of recognized university with good academic record. ii. Officer of Central or State Government or Universities, Research Institution, Autonomous bodies, Public Enterprises etc, in equivalent grade or at least with 5 years services in the grade of Rs.10,000/- 325/- Rs.15200/- (Pre-revised pay scale) and above and having experience of Administration and finance.
