Age Limit: Below 40 Years

Educational Qualification: (i) Graduate in any recognized university.

(ii) Three years experience as jr.office Assistant/Jr.Assistant / LDC / Computer Operator/Data entry Operator in the central / Govt / PSU / Corporate sector or similar other institution / Govt Department. (iii) Good working Knowledge of computer applications.

Desirable: Proficiency in local language (Speaking, Reading and writing)

Lower Division Clerk: 7 Posts (4-UR, OBC-1, 2-SC)

Pay scale:  Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

Age Limit: Below 40 Years.

Educational Qualification & Experience:  Experience as computer operator/Data entry operator in central /state educational institutions or any organization of repute.

Proficiency in local language (Speaking, Reading and writing)

Driver: 2 Posts (1-UR, 1-SC)

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized board of school education. Valid Driving license for light / Medium vehicle. At least 3 years experience as executive’s driver or as driver of a bus in a school, College, university /institution.

Multitasking Staff: 2 Posts (2-UR)

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-

Age Limit: Below 35 Years

Educational Qualification & Experience:  Matriculation from a recognized boars of school education.

 Should be multi tasking with working experience in areas like driving /typing /operatingcomputer/photocopying/binding/plumbing/cleaning/gardening/mansonry/carpentering/ and dusting of offices / library / gust house / Pantry Management? etc.

Application should be accompanied with application fee in the form of non refundable draft drawn in the favour of the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda as following:

For the Post with Gp 4200 or above- Rs.300/- (For General or OBC) (Rs.150/-SC/ST/PH)

For the post with less than GP 4200 Rs.200/- (For General or OBC) (Rs.100 for SC/ST/PH)
